When reporting an issue, please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened — it helps us resolve things faster.
Your sale is never lost if printing fails. Every sale is saved to the device before printing. Open Sale History to confirm the sale was recorded. To reprint, reconnect the printer and try printing from the history view.
Go to Settings → Cloud Backup and toggle it on. Sales are automatically synced to the cloud whenever your device is online — no manual action needed. We also recommend exporting reports as CSV from the Reports tab as an extra copy.
For security, PINs are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be recovered. If you are locked out, email us at hello@pitis.app from your registered contact and we'll guide you through a secure reset.
